KLM boosts brand experience with narrowcasting

To strengthen the brand identity of KLM in the crew center at Schiphol Airport, the airline worked with CleverDisplay and LG on an innovative narrowcasting solution. Through strategically placed LG displays, aligned with the crew's walking routes, crucial flight information is shared while enhancing KLM's signature atmosphere; an oasis of blue hues and energy.

Enhancing Communication and Brand Experience

KLM has been using CleverDisplay’s narrowcasting solutions for years to enhance internal communication and strengthen brand experience among employees. With strategically placed screens across various locations, relevant information is shared quickly and effectively with staff.

Company-Wide Implementation

CleverDisplay is active across many departments within KLM. From hangars and engineering to ticket offices and the crew center, our user-friendly CMS is used company-wide. CleverDisplay plays a central role in KLM’s internal communication system. Messages intended for all employees can be centrally published by headquarters and displayed across all departments. While departments cannot alter or remove these central messages, they can add their own local content.

Diverse and Automated Content

The content ranges from HR announcements, safety protocols, and staff schedules to updates on internal sports activities and events. Thanks to integrations with various internal software systems, much of this information is displayed automatically on one or multiple screens.

CleverDisplay has become an essential communication tool throughout KLM – flexible, scalable, and fully aligned with the needs of a dynamic organization.
